Sprinklers, commonly referred to as green spraying trucks or water tankers, are primarily used at construction sites, squares, and roads for tasks such as sprinkling, flushing, spraying, and cooling. They can also serve as long-distance water and firefighting vehicles.

1. Brief History of Development:

• Early: Around 186 AD, China had a prototype of the sprinkler called "turning over and thirsty."
• Modern: In 1967, China's first modern sprinkler was converted from a CA10B Jiefang brand car by the First Highway Engineering Bureau Repair Factory of the Ministry of Communications.

2. Basic Structure of Water Tank Truck:

• Tank Assembly: Includes water storage components like the tank body, tank support legs, and manhole cover.
• Transmission Assembly: Transfers power to the pump, including the pump and power plant.
• Water Pipe Assembly: Transfers water, including the suction pipe, sprinkler pipe, and five-way directional valve.
• Control System Assembly: Includes load box shift control and suction sprinkler control.
• Gas Path System: Composed of gas pipes and a gas control box, with air sourced from the chassis.
• Chassis: Most are standard chassis provided by automobile manufacturers for mounting water storage tanks and other equipment.

3. Working Principle of Sprinkler Truck:

Part of the engine power drives the vehicle, while the other part drives the water pump, which absorbs water from the water tank and transmits it to the sprinklers before and after the vehicle through pipes and valves.

4. Main Classification of water tanker:

• By Sprinkler Position: Front spray, rear spray, front spray after spray.
• By Size of Water Tank: Large sprinkler and light sprinkler.
• By Tank Carrying Mode: Truck, semi-mounted, and full-mounted.

5. Functions of Sprinkler Truck:

Includes urban street cleaning, construction site dust control, agricultural irrigation, green irrigation, guardrail washing, temperature control, and emergency firefighting in some cases.
