Upper Configuration

The working height is selected based on user requirements, with a working bucket load limit of 200Kg. It features hydraulic 360-degree full rotation, a three-section folding arm design, a single hydraulic lifting cylinder, a two-way balance valve, an electromagnetic control valve system, a one-ton telescopic hook, four hydraulic cylinder telescopic legs with two-way hydraulic locks. The legs can be manually operated or controlled one-way.

1. Bucket Truck Chassis Configuration

• Power System: Commonly equipped with Guoliu Yuchai 200-horsepower engine, providing strong power to adapt to various road conditions and working scenarios.
• Cab and Chassis Structure: Row half cab, Dana front axle with 3.9 tons load capacity, rear axle bearing capacity, fast 8-speed transmission for smooth shifting and easy operation.

2. Operation Performance of aerial bucket truck

• Lifting Height and Amplitude: The working height can reach up to 20 meters, with a working amplitude of 9 meters, meeting the needs of high-altitude work.
• Boom Structure: Three-section folding arm structure with a working platform that can rotate 360 degrees. Equipped with a lifting function, such as a 1000kg weight-lifting capacity. The upper arm has a lifting angle indicator plate for easy observation of the working angle.
• Working Bucket: The rated load of the working bucket is generally 200kg, using external tie rods for force balance. It has a cylinder-locking function, and the turntable and working bucket can be operated in two positions. Starting and extinguishing controls can be installed inside the working bucket.

3. Operation and Safety of aerial work vehicle

• Operating System: Both upper and lower sections have operating systems, equipped with a manual oil control door for free adjustment. A control device is also available in the working bucket to control lifting and rotation.
• Leg Mechanism: Four push-pull hydraulic legs are installed on the vehicle, providing excellent stability. The legs can be operated independently or together. Some models allow the legs to be fully telescoped horizontally with a large span, such as a longitudinal 2430mm × horizontal front 1600mm and rear 2780mm.
• Safety Device: The lifting hydraulic cylinder uses imported seals, ensuring smooth movement during lifting and rotation. The vehicle is equipped with an emergency pump for emergency withdrawal in case of engine or gear pump failure.
