Product Features

• (1) The working arm of the aerial work vehicle is three-section folding, providing a large working area and adapting to various working conditions.

Operating Code for aerial bucket truck

1. Pull the brake handle of the car, shift the gear lever to neutral, idle the engine, depress the clutch, pull the accelerator rod installed on the left side of the cab, engage the force-taking device gear, and start the oil pump. Observe whether the oil pump has abnormal noises, vibrations, or oil leaks. In winter, idle for more than 10 minutes.
2. According to the exit combination control valve indicator signs, first operate the legs.
3. Get on the car. Operations can be performed in two positions.
   • (1) Operation on the platform of the auxiliary vehicle.

     After confirming the exit operation is complete, push the "through the upper arm" handle of the exit control valve in the direction of the arrow, and then proceed with the boarding operation. Personnel corresponding to the board operation sign (as shown in the left image), the "main arm," hitting the "up" position raises the main arm, while hitting the "down" position lowers it. The "middle arm" and "lower arm" follow the same principle. The "lift" and "pull" of the "lifting arm" control the extension and retraction of the telescopic arm. The "lift" and "fall" of the "hook" refer to the telescopic arms connected to the main arm lifting and falling together. The "left" and "right" of the "rotation" make the upper part, i.e., the arm and the connected working bucket, rotate left to right with the working platform.

   • (2) truck crane operation:

     The corresponding board operation sign is shown on the left. The corresponding action principle is the same as above. Only when operating on the sling, it is necessary to move the sling control transfer valve upward. During the operation process, the distribution handle of the exit leg operating valve must always be pushed to the "through the upper arm," and the distribution handle of the rotary operating valve must always be pushed to the "bucket." Otherwise, the operator on the bucket cannot move the working car.

     Warning: When working at altitude, raise the lower arm first, then raise the middle arm. When the middle arm rises to about 2 meters, the main arm will start again. Do not fold the forearm during work.

4. After completing the operation, return the working devices to their original positions, then operate the vehicle control valve, recover the vertical leg first, then the horizontal leg.
5. Take off the power box gear to stop the oil pump, release the brake device, and allow the working car to change gears and drive.
6. Lifting operation:

   The operator can use the end of the lower arm of the boom to lift various materials. When lifting, know the weight of the goods and compare it with the rated load. First lift the goods to the appropriate position, then use the amplitude of the lower arm to achieve the desired position. At this time, the cargo should not exceed the maximum rated load allowed by the lower arm at this angle.

Aerial Work Truck Precautions

• 1. When operating the legs, extend the horizontal leg first, then the vertical leg. When finished, shrink the vertical leg first, then the horizontal leg.
• 2. Operate off first, then operate on the car. When done, pick it up, pick it up, pick it up.
• 3. When the boom works, lift the lower arm first, then move the upper and lower arms.
