1. Chassis Configuration: Adopts Jiangling Shunda two-row cab, chassis model JX1041TSG26, Jiangling 115 horsepower, national six diesel engine, wheelbase 3360mm, 5-speed transmission, 7.00R16 steel wire tire, with power steering, original clutch power, oil brake, original air conditioning, chassis appearance is beautiful and generous, wide space open, comfortable to ride.

Top Configuration: Q235 national standard edge 3mm bottom plate pattern plate 4mm thick, the rear anti-collision buffer module package uses internationally renowned technology products 70K anti-collision die block, anti-collision buffer energy absorption module is mainly composed of vehicle anti-collision cushion and guide sign frame, acting as the buffer guard behind the construction operation vehicle. In the event of a rear-end accident, a buffer area can be built between the vehicle and the construction operation area in front of the vehicle, absorbing the energy of the collision through the structural deformation of the machine, and minimizing the probability of the collision of the protected personnel and equipment. Main Structure and Working Principle: The on-board part of the anti-collision buffer is mainly composed of a cargo box assembly, an induction combination light, an anti-collision buffer module, a hydraulic system and an electrical system. The anti-collision buffer module is controlled through the oil circuit, and the anti-collision module is in the landing level state under the working state. 4. Cargo Box: The material is Q235 WISCO carbon steel plate. The cargo box is composed of a bottom frame and side coiling plates. It is connected with the chassis girder by U-bolt and can be used for loading tools, accessories and other items. There is a side door in the middle of the cargo box to facilitate construction operation.
