The working principle of synchronous gravel sealing truck is as follows:

The vehicle mainly has asphalt supply system, stone supply system and spraying/spreading system. When working, the asphalt supply system delivers the asphalt to the nozzle. The system heats the asphalt (in the case of hot asphalt) to the right spray temperature and viscosity, and delivers the asphalt through pipes and pumps to a spray rod located at the back of the vehicle.

At the same time, the stone feed system delivers the stone to the spreader. The stone is usually stored in the silo and transported to the spreader by means of a conveyer (such as a conveyor belt or a screw conveyor). In the process of vehicle driving, the spray rod will evenly spray the asphalt on the road surface, and the spreader will synchronously spread the stone on the road surface just sprayed with asphalt. In this way, asphalt and stone can be instantly combined on the road surface to achieve the gravel sealing layer. Moreover, the control system can precisely adjust the amount of asphalt spraying and the amount of stone spreading, but also control the width of the spraying and spreading parameters to adapt to different road conditions and construction requirements.
