Configuration of Tank Body Parameters

The water tank adopts a national standard 4mm thick carbon steel plate, while the high-pressure cleaning part uses the new product Fuuv215 flow rate, a 20MPa high-pressure pump, and a 60m diameter 19 high-pressure pipe. The tank is made of a national standard 5mm thick carbon steel plate, standardly equipped with a Shandong SK-9 full-sealed water circulation pump, an anti-overflow valve, and a manure pipe. It also comes with an 8m suction pipe with a quick joint of Yin and Yang ends, and the back cover is opened by hydraulic pressure.

1. Sewer Pressure Cleaning Trucks Chassis Configuration

• Most engines use national six emission standards, such as Xichai 130 HP and Yunnei Power 138 HP, which have strong power and can meet the needs of vehicle suction, cleaning, and other operations.
• Equipped with Vanli 5-speed transmission, 7.00r16 tires, etc. Some models also have central control lock, electric doors and windows, original air conditioning, and other configurations, making the driving environment comfortable.

2. Pipe Unclogging Truck Configuration

• Vacuum Sewer Truck Tank Body: Composed of a clean water tank and a suction tank, the total volume is about 5 cubic meters, such as 1.5 cubic meters on each side of the water tank and 3.5 cubic meters in the middle. The tank body is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, with a thickness of generally 4-6mm, durable, and the interior can undergo anti-corrosion treatment.
• Pump Body: The high-pressure cleaning part uses products like the German Pinfu 170L/min, 24MPa high-pressure pump, and the suction part often uses the SK-9 water circulation pump or vacuum pump, with reliable performance, large suction capacity, and a long suction range, enabling self-suction and self-discharge.
• Pipe and Nozzle: Equipped with a 19mm diameter high-pressure pipe about 60 meters long and 10 combined nozzles, suitable for various cleaning scenarios.
• Valves and Accessories: There are 100mm diameter sewage inlet ball valves and sewage outlet ball valves at the rear of the tank, along with a pressure gauge, sewage pipe, overflow valve, oil-water separator, etc., ensuring the safe and stable operation of the vehicle.

• Integrates the functions of washing, dredging, suction, and reverse discharge. It can be used for the suction, discharge, and transportation of sludge, feces, and other media in sewers, rainwater wells, septic tanks, and various ditches. It can also be used for the cleaning of industrial drainage pipes and walls and the emergency treatment of sudden environmental pollution accidents.
• With vacuum suction, pressure discharge, and artesian discharge functions, the pipeline design is novel and reasonable, easy to install and maintain, and simple to operate.
